Extremely rare and unusual pair of majolica pitchers by Joseph Holdcroft, the body in the form of swans with their curved necks forming the handle. The bodies further enhanced with cobalt necks overlaid with green leaves, the spouts picked out in a deep puce, with turquoise blue interiors. English c1870
