A very unusual true, original pair of Staffordshire pottery spaniel figures on shaped raised hollow bases with separate front legs. The faces particularly well decorated with 'haughty' highly defined expressions, the 'well feathered' coats decorated in red and white with gilt collars and chains and the bases picked out with gilded stripes.
